The Interview "room" brings together conversations from the past and interviews created specifically for the library. Presented in audio, video, or transcript form, these interviews preserve the voices of people represented in the Archive and the memories of those who knew the teachers, practitioners, and communities documented here.

The first additions will include an interview with Dick Price, conducted by Wade Hudson a few months before Dick’s death, and an interview with Beverly Silverman, conducted by Dorothy Charles, in which Bev recalls her work with Fritz Perls. Both will be available soon.

Also in preparation are selected excerpts from two longer conversations: one with Gail Stewart, reflecting on her studies with a range of somatic teachers, and one with Mike Murphy, co-founder of Esalen, speaking about his relationship with Dick Price.

We look forward to continuing to add interviews that bring the archive to life through personal recollection, lived experience, and the sound of people speaking in their own voices.
