Zuza Engler: Moving with Life

Zuza headshot new

Zuza Engler brings a clear, embodied approach to learning and change—an integrated blend of somatics, conscious movement, gestalt, and mindfulness/awareness training. A certified teacher in Soul Motion®, Open Floor, and Gestalt Awareness Practice, she weaves movement experiments with present-time inquiry so participants can track sensation, emotion, and meaning without forcing.

Zuza completed a doctorate in clinical psychology, and her work stays grounded: simple structures, kind rigor, and practical skills you can carry into daily life—regulation, contact, communication, and creative choice.
